At Roadrunner I.T. Solutions we offer convenient method of payment options, by using a major credit card via Pay Pal, the invoice can be paid quickly, easily and securely.

Pay Pal is a secure online method of payment and you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make a payment on an invoice. Paying an invoice via PayPal method is of no cost to the client. As opposed to sending a cheque, which at the very least requires an envelope, a stamp for postage, ink to print the envelope and maybe even the cost of a cheque. That cost may not be much, but if this is done many times throughout a year, it starts to add up as a savings. Not to mention, cheques are not very secure, as payment methods go these days. This is just another way we try to save our clients money. Additionally many credit cards offer money back rewards systems, so you can get money back by spending money with Roadrunner I.T. Solutions, which can in turn be used toward another purchase of your choosing.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full, and it is due upon receipt of the invoice. If payment is not received within one week of invoice delivery, late fees may be applied and/or refusal to provide future services may be enforced.

We only bill the client for the time we work on a project and do not charge a retainer fee.
